This company was a very short stint for me. Another offer came within six months that I couldn’t turn down. Money is not everything, but this family owned business was very good to me and was very difficult to leave. Management was very good and fluid. Constantly looking for better operational processes. I actually regret leaving. Brian was a great leader for me and Jay, the owner was tough but absolutely fair. You can’t ask for a more open honest platform. Hard working, honest, and growth minded folks. Shawn in the IT dept was a blessing. He was home grown as was many of the folks there. There are many other internal folks that make this company special as well. Russell Lalonde
