No career progression, no annual pay rises, no communications between certain departments, management are a disgrace, processes are not documented correctly, support, monitoring plus out of hours is unbelievable. Too much work, not enoug resources, underpaid and not appreciated.

Good opportunity to get into different fields of IT.

Low salary. Bad technical management.
