Great company - Senior Maintenance Engineer Ocado Technology Employee Review

Management is a bit stressful. We now recive 1 meal a month instead of every friday. No more bonuses. Not very understanding of situations going on life in general even with doctors notes. I was there 4 years and this past year struggled a lot shared it with managers and my boss and higher ups to keep them updated. They fired me 3 weeks ago because I had too many points.
