Pros
Incredibly creative team, collaborative employee/management structure, great projects and client opportunities, fun entrepreneurial environment, high energy, competent and capable (can-do) team. It's fairly informal in terms of management approach...but that's what makes it so creative and fun.
Cons
Controlled (mostly) chaos...largely the result of constantly pushing into new technologies and creative solutions. Limited training (need to be self starter and highly capable before you get here). The show must go on....so if you aren't willing to bust your butt occasionally, you're not the right person for the job.
