Working at OSI was a perfect situation for me. As a student, the work schedule was very flexible and allowed me to succeed in my job. The CEO and other employees were also personally invested in your success and would not hesitate to train you and improve your skills. There is definitley a strong culture in OSI and that starts with direct exposure to the CEO, who personally takes a very positive role in your development. The CEO is eager to give you more responsibility, meaning you can learn much faster through hands-on work. Overall, this internship was a very good opportunity for me and hands-down I would take it again if I had to go through life again.

The work environment at OSI allows for an easy onboarding experience and allows you to learn quickly through asking questions. As a student, the flexibility offered was perfect and allowed me to put my best work towards both school and as an intern at OSI. Another highlight was being a part of small team. I worked directly with everyone at the company which allowed for added responsibility and a unique opportunity to learn a lot about the executive search industry and the industries in which we operated in (primarily financial services). One of the most useful aspects of this experience was learning how to effectively build professional relationships with high-level professionals in different industries. Overall this internship has been a fantastic learning and growing opportunity which is in no small part due to the support of everyone on the team.
