Thank you very much for your feedback. We really appreciate your honesty and your constructive proposals.
As we are a company with a very flat hierarchy, it is quite difficult to follow a „classic career path“. However we would like to tell you that we encourage our employees to choose an expert career. We are currently working on our people development as we have created a frame, a budget and specific career paths for our employees. Additionally everyone has now enough time to develop skills and learn new things regarding their interests.
We are growing. Yes this is true. However, we are very committed to keep our hierarchy flat so that quick decisions are still possible. Furthermore, it is our concern to permanently check the mood and sensitivities of our employees by conducting monthly surveys. The given feedback is always welcomed and helps us constantly adapting and improving our processes. We would be very pleased if you would take advantage of the monthly surveys or, at best, a personal meeting and tell us in detail how we can make things better.
