Pros
Friendly people outside of management. You can definitely tell that management thinks that they are above everyone else. However, the people that aren't in management are friendly
Cons
There is no 401k. Management doesn't talk to each other. When they talk to the employees, you can tell they are only doing it because they feel that it is a must. There is no direction from upper management. They are more about hitting an imaginary number than anything. They don't care about employees or their families. They aren't above lying directly to your face.
