I have to disagree with the previous Dead-End Job post. I have worked for Oasis for over 13 years. Oasis is a family oriented company and the owners treat their employees how they wish to be treated. I have watched this company grow from less than 50 employees to over 170 employees and we are continuing to grow. Oasis owners are involved in the everyday transactions of the business. They are great leaders with great foresight in our ever evolving business. Oasis is majority female company and three of the top management positions are females who have worked their way from the bottom. Oasis has top of the line software and we are continuously updating our technology. Never once has anyone made a complaint against the owners of Oasis.
