They make you think that you are a part of something huge, but it is all a sham. It's a great concept, but horrible execution. They have no idea what they are doing. The building was not made for the type of operation that they are doing and it greatly shows when it comes to the growing process. I would never eat any of their product, let alone give it to someone else for consumption after I've seen the things I have. The pay is a joke for the work they have you do, and the working conditions to are subjected to. They treat their employees like dirt. You are replaceable, and they think nothing of it to kick you to the curb in a heartbeat. They will get what they need from you and send you packing. You have no voice, it doesn't matter how intelligent you may be. If you share your thought, prepare yourself to have someone else take the credit, or reprimand you for sharing your opinion. Just stay away. Benefits are awful. Medical is an arm and leg up front and covers nothing. You pay per person for anyone covered, and prices vary by age. Lots of coverage isn't even available.
