Great company - Director of Marketing Oak View Group Employee Review

Very positive work environment with good benefits

None that come to mind, I enjoyed my time at the company

Honestly, for this group at this location there are no positives.

Where to start. Incompetent senior management, zero training, lazy co-workers who throw everything on the new people then talk behind their backs. Endless hours - literally you'll work for weeks at a time with no time off during the basketball and hockey seasons - with no thanks for the time and effort. As soon as the season's over they'll walk you to the door with no explanation. They treat people as disposable assets. Use them for as long as they need them, then get rid of them and hire someone new when it gets busy again. Rinse and repeat. HR is useless. Absolute worst place you can work. Stay away.
