Pros
I joined as an intern in this company but could not tolerate to complete 1 month. Firstly, don't be misled by the other reviews as the company has forced its employees to post them. This is one of the worst startups to have ever started and its end is coming soon. There is simply no learning and no money. All you will be doing is SALES like a salesman. There is no hierarchy and no process. The CEO, Sanjiv like a GOD orders and others follow. You will be threatened to be thrown out everyday. No employee has ever served for more than 3 months except one. And most importantly, they will not pay the last month stipend to interns (no idea about others). The condition of the company is such that you will be interviewed in the pantry and I doubt if you would even get a chair to sit for the first few days. Lastly, I would say that talk to its ex employees through linkedin atleast once before even giving it a thought.
