1. If you are from some elite college like IIT or IIM, OYO can pay you exceptionally well irrespective of your role.
Cons
1. it is kind of chaotic workplace 2. People working here do not respect other's time as most of the important things does not work via any proper channel. Everyone works here or supposed to work here on the intuition of their senior. 3. OYO desperately need ways to improve their processes so that they can make their employees perform better. 4. There is no one in HR to address your concerns if you have any with regard to your career path or current team. As a small firm, no privacy is maintained in such issue hence employee has no one to speak to. 5. They manipulate your salary band and designation while hiring you, salary band are not reflective of your designation or anything. 6. Undefined Organisation structure.
