Will is a very forward thinking and modern MD - His 'friend' first, 'boss' second philosophy is one which he not only says but actually delivers. If you have any problems that you need to discuss, then he's always happy to help out. At the same time, he has is a business mindset and will challenge you in order to maximise your working potential. He'll give you a polite kick the **** when you need it, and praise you when you do well. We're trusted to work flexible working hours, meaning if we need to start later or finish earlier for whatever reason we're allowed to do so. It allows you to maintain a better work: life balance, which makes the job more enjoyable. The companies offices are in a beautiful location in Kingham - it's very pleasing to drive into work each day and see the beautiful sights of the Cotswolds.

I'm struggling to think of any - the only one I could possibly think of is that due to the location there is a small commute to get to the offices!

I have been working for OX Seven for over a month now. Within this short space of time I have been welcomed in to an already established team. The training is ongoing and I feel that any point I can approach Will or any other member of the team with questions. Will is building a close knit team with a long term vision in mind, the lack of arbitrary KPIs means that consultants are in control of their own desk but with that caveat of support should it be needed.

For some people the remote location could be a downside. However there is a station just down the road and the views driving to work cannot be beaten.
