* Ouest is well known by most SAP companies from in Vancouver so good options for those with families who are not willing to travel much. * It’s big enough to get full teams working in projects together, and small enough to get to work with the same people often and build better relationships. Especially with some of them who are very talented. * It’s been around for several years so it’s well established and stable even during COVID times. * Their consulting delivery is recognized by customers as being of higher quality than the bigger consulting companies. * They care about their community.

* This can be good or bad, and will vary depending on your experience and the customers you fit with, but you may find yourself working for the same customer for many years. Some prefer this stability, others prefer the constant change and higher stakes.

I spent over 3 years as an independent contractor working for Ouest Business Solutions. Considering that I have been a round for a long time I had the opportunity to work in different environments and meet different people. Ouest solutions was one of my best experiences. They are small enough to offer tight knit community feel but they are big in knowledge and expertise! They stand by their employees and contractors equally. They provide dynamic working environment with may opportunities for advancement.

Some of the clients demand on-site 9-5 presence which does not work for independent contractors. However this is more on Client's side then Quest's.
