They will pay you when you work ridiculous hours
Cons
They have low resources and are very slow to respond in workforce crises, they have reneged on retirement commitments not only to their nursing staff but also to some of their physicians. Leadership doesn’t seem to have a clue as to what’s going on. The CEO (a physician) who came to Children’s couldn’t tell the difference between an ultrasound and an RFID scanner.
