Too many to mention. Hemant is as poor of a business owner as they come. Doesn’t have respect. Hemant sell himself as a cto and also lists this as a duty he can perform for a startup. He is however unable to prove any of this and refuses to get testimonials to show he’s performed these duties. Hemant is a liar and a scam artist. Company is such a bad understanding of what they need to do. Massive break down between clients needs and desires over the end result due to a poor grasp of the English language. No health, no benefits. Demands are beyond the norm, expected To start work at 8am and work and travel till late night to attend events. Wages and commissions unpaid. Lied again didn’t meet the expectations of the contract. No offices in nj ny only in Dallas vast majority of work is done in India. Red flag. No training and no on boarding.
