Pros
blue collar industry within the office for those who don't like an uptight HR office. if you are willing to stay with the company they like to promote from within.
Cons
outside sales position that traps you inside with administrative work. takes money out of reps earned IC for lost contracts when customer is canceling for reasons out of rep's control. pays quarterly IC with a 6 week pay delay so you have to wait until you are already halfway into the next quarter to get paid on the past...ends up being a game depending on when contracts or proposals book. invests very little into their customers, flaunts their profit growth, then blames the reps when the customer satisfaction rate is extremely low.
