- too much projects per person which causes tones of overhours, unpaid
- unequal distribution of work (junior project manager has more projects than a project manager)
- lack of job description
- high level of stress, work-life balance not supported
- no year bonuses, difficulties in getting a raise (despite excelent performance review)
