Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.

Leadership will retaliate if you ask questions about there policies, you can get a pay cut with out any documentation to back it up, the company works by keeping there employees in fear for there job.
