      The Mission, culture, and Sisters are wonderful. The pay and benefits are competitive and most mission partners want to be there so the atmosphere is great!

      Cons

      Large and spread out. Heavy leadership structure so decisions or changes in direction can take time.

      Prejudice and a lot of favoritism the nurses is always right no matter what. Managers lie on you all the time until you put unfair treatment charges on them.
