      Work timing and nothing else

      no cells phones allowed.. Micro management.. flexibility no but again depends on how much u impress the managers.. all in all I would say please please don't join.. thats the biggest regret of my life...

      Pay is quite good, though too many people are paid lower and deserve more. Good colleagues Good bonus opportunities Free fruit

      Cons

      Management and Senior management stick together and attribute blame on other people. Too many manual workarounds. Outdated IT systems, with regular issues.
