Pros
Absolutely non spring to mind, other than the salary and pension are great but they use that to pressurize you whilst treating you with no regard.
Cons
Turnover is high, morale is generally low and the higher management are not close to what is happening on the shopfloor. They are great at saying why are you not doing...when if they were in the same position they would probably run in to the same issues and draw the same conclusions. They really are not connecting with the people at all, and one of the many HR managers that have worked there have left the business which is fantastic news and shows how poor their business ,model and engagement strategies are. If you happen to be french then you'll be fine, they seem to get paid top dollar for doing very little and manage to worm their way out of tough situations.
