Pros
Being paid weekly is a plus. Eventually you can start direct deposit if you wish. Operon office is "onsite" with my assignment (I'm lucky, but onsite is not necessarily onsite for all their employees since they work with several job sites).
Cons
Furiously fast onboarding process, leading to presumptions about competencies which exceed human retention capacities.
Paychecks must be picked up Fridays but available hours for pickup stink since my lunch is all the time I have, and your office is closed during my lunch.
