-Long hours -High pressure - Low pay - Toxic environment -No training -High management press you everyday and it’s gossiping behind you -They complain and sent message also on your day off -Difficult to ask holiday, they have a lot of excuses to don’t give you holiday or they cancel if they need -Hard to maintain a good mental health in this company -There are no cleaner, so you getting paid as sales assistant but you do also cleaning job (you have to clean the toilet as well)
