Red flag - I don’t recommend - Sales Assistant ONIVERSE Employee Review

I’m not used to leave any reviews about my different experiences but I feel I have to do it for this one because I want to prevent any person who want to work in this company to must be ready mentally and physically. Lack of organisation, poor communication between management team/HR and sales assistant, a lot of pressure ( they stare you if you don’t approach customers), install a “competition” between sales Assistant whereas there is no individual commission, pay bank holidays as a normal day, rules and contract terms are not clear until they are broken, poor training, they are not grateful at all and so many other things to add
