      The provide free parking, great place if you are a woman, great place if you are willing to ignore laws to make money

      Cons

      Not a good place if you are a male or aren't willing to ignore laws regulating pipelines.

      Pros

      Great Company, Good benefits, 401k match and profit sharing. Management throughout the company is typically pretty good. I've heard of bad apples but haven't seen that myself.

      Health insurance could be better
