Hybrid work schedule, good benefits like insurance, short-term disability, vacation time.
Cons
Condescending and rude “coach” and it seems like no one cares to improve relations in the customer service department. Employees that have been in the dept for many years were there before current management. All staff hired after current management have high turnover. Training is limited to one person’s views and if you express your concerns, you aren’t competent. It’s best to not engage to avoid any excessive interaction and consequential rude remarks that leave you feeling unmotivated and worthless.
