Good orgnization - Software Engineer OMFYS Employee Review

This was my first company. I applied via naukri and got this opportunity. I got to work on various technologies which are emerging right now such as AI agents, Gen Ai etc. It served as a proper base of the career, a good entry point in IT industry. Also CEO is good, he conducts sessions where he gives valuable life lessons, it helped me in my life.

Well as cons, first issue is dust on carpet. I have worked for nearly 3 years, never I have seen them change it, I also advised them to use vacuum cleaner but they denied it, I had to wear mask the entire time and developed health complications. Also MIDC is the area where office is located, it's very polluted area, I used to get a feeling like a labourer comming for his daily wage, despite being an IT employee. Also bootlickers are promoted, there is one or two I know, they brag about their promotions despite zero talent, while talented guys are ignored.

Got exposure to different tasks and learned to manage responsibilities independently.

The company lacks proper systems and has no clear vision or structured work process. Employees are expected to deliver without guidance or support, and there is minimal appreciation for hard work. Job stability is almost nonexistent — sudden changes in roles, unrealistic targets, and poor management decisions make it difficult to sustain. Unfortunately, the organization does not value employee efforts or long-term career growth.
