You learn really quickly here with a great bunch of people with a variety of skills.
Cons
due to fast pace and prioritisation of retaining clients rather than employee welfare it’s very easy to get burnt out. I think it has improved over time though. Hard to get pay rises unless you have a serious job offer somewhere else.
