Cons

The worst management culture I’ve experienced. Many managers lacked genuine leadership experience and communication often came across as dismissive or bullying rather than supportive. The workplace felt incredibly cliquey, making it difficult to build connections or feel supported within teams. Workloads were consistently high, with lean teams expected to manage unrealistic volumes of work under constant pressure. Despite the demands, pay and recognition did not reflect the workload or expectations placed on staff. There was also a culture where some junior employees acted as though they knew everything despite having very limited experience. Overall, a stressful and unsupportive place to work with very poor work-life balance and low staff morale. Only work here if you're desperate.
