Number one con about working here is favoritism if you are a favorite you can get away with anything but if you are not your every move will be watched and criticize if a resident complains about you you will automatically be found guilty there are some residents that complain about everything and everyone they have lists of staff that they don't want taking care of them they have lied on staff even gotten some fired and still there word is taken over anyone administration is so busy trying to please the residents that they completely ignore CNA rights CNA are treated like crap the bottom of the barol the biggest con about working here at OLV is the way CAN are underappreciated
