      Pros

      The people are wonderful to work with. Everyone cares about their work and is supportive and friendly. Easy to get shifts covered by fellow hosts. Good food, you get an employee discount. Great location.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side, but of course you get tips as well. Servers make a good amount of money for the industry.
