      Pros

      Average Benefit Package (for the position) compared to the market. Occassional Home-Office (business purpose only). Annual Team Building (paid by company). No real competition ammong colleagues.

      Cons

      Toxic environment and working corditions. Safe work space (no phones or other personal devices allowed). Company calculates time spent in Safe workspace and outiside of it, which can reflect to salary deduction. No real potential to grow. No real opportunity for industry recognized technical trainings. Outsourcing company. Poor management judgement and overall junior managers making decisions.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly here. It's a warm and welcoming environment. An encouraging and positive place to work. It's not like any other call center and that's good. They want you to succeed and help you do so.

      Cons

      I've not noticed anything exceptionally terrible. Normal office stuff.

      overall is it positive. managers and office support staff try to make it fun/pleasant. office is clean and nice and newer desks and look. easy to get promotions.

      Cons

      training for some programs are long. work is good once you get going.
