      Pros

      OKX is by far the most execution-oriented company I’ve worked at — the pace at which things get launched is unmatched. What stood out to me right away is how open the team is to learning from new hires, especially those coming from companies like Coinbase or Square. People genuinely take time to meet you, learn from your experience, and are incredibly kind and welcoming. I also appreciate the company’s international ambitions and the level of investment going into global expansion. It’s a great place if you thrive in high-velocity environments and want to make an impact quickly.

      Cons

      The pace isn’t for everyone — it’s intense and can be a lot if you’re not used to fast-moving teams. But if that energizes you, it’s a great fit.
