Pros

Nothing good to say about them is all fake what they show!

Cons

Very toxic culture, they easily fired people if you don't agree with them or you try to point things that needs to be improved. Micromanagement problems, you can't trust anyone in the management they constantly lied about everything. Poor goals that the company want to achieve, no proper structure, no culture inside the company if is not the Chinese one, truly racist people for different cultures. No future for who is interest in building a career, they can easily change your job title and make you redundant. No respect and appreciation for any job you do. Promotions only to Chinese people if you don't speak Mandarin you will be never be considered. Lack of hr almost useless, and the company work on the egde of legality all the time. Stay away from this place and this toxicity you just waste time here with them. And don't get confused that is a us company is a Chinese company be aware

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
