      Pros

      great pay packages, incentives, welfare. brilliant office space at MBFC with an amazing view

      Cons

      at least when i was there - weak and incompetent team lead - zero transparency from management - no explanations on decisions made - no accountability towards staff - ‘yes’ man mentality - makes it sound like you’re getting heard but instead you’re getting ‘hurt’

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
