bad place. - Graphic Designer OH! Design Studio Employee Review

I have been working at OH! Design Studio full-time (more than a year) as Sr. SEO Analyst. I joined this company on 15th Nov 2014 to 31st Jan 2016. Location at Santacruz West opposite to Raheja College. It’s the world best fantastic company that I have worked in. I loved working there, the company atmosphere very good. The bosses are very good, polite & friendly. Sohil & Supriya are a very kind person, they always help to employees in official & personal life. In the office, they always play music so that employees are not bored with their work & also sometimes we watch movies. We regularly go to team lunch & movie, they never give any budget to us. Even on my 1st day, they took me to lunch. They celebrate birthday & festivals, sometimes we do port lunch. They always give salary on time at 5th of every month we receive our salary cheque & if it’s Saturday or Sunday they give before one day. They are focused on their work, in their work they don’t waste their time. They always make sure that they use their time properly. Always gives delivery on time

They don't have any cons.

-The job might seem promising at first, but it isn't. -They refused to give us even a cover letter. -While we were there, the management would constantly get calls from previous employees asking for their pending salary AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD LIE TO THEM OR NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS.

-No sense of what is personal and professional. -**Female employees are touched and teased without their permission and any complaints made about the same are left unheeded** -They never give raises and only allow coffee/tea twice a day. If you dare to have more, you are given a lecture about budget constraints. -You have no future or potential here DO NOT APPLY IT'S A DEAD END JOB
