Horrific high school mentality. Management is unprofessional. Fights between the higher ups in the middle of the halls and during meetings. It’s a “family” run business and management is all run by the family who are very toxic and unprofessional. Make you work outside of your job description with no raises or incentives. Cut-throat/hostile work environment. Management gossips about their staff. Made the women employees cry one-too many times. Creepy owner who does not have a problem speaking negatively about the women who work in the office. He will speak about your looks, body and will, on occasion, sexually harass you if you’re “pretty enough”. No health benefits or time off if you are a “good” employee. High turnover rate.
