Poor staff retention- the talented people leave, are trying to leave or want to leave but aren’t brave enough to get the hell out!
Poor customer retention due to shockingly bad service, lost inventory & incorrect billing.
Finger pointing, blame & toxic culture.
Unachievable targets.
Inefficient processes.
Senior management have no real knowledge of or interest in the people working on the ground. More interested in putting together slide decks to “demonstrate “ how amazing the company is, how importantly they supposedly view mental health, diversity etc. but then not actually doing anything.
Bullying from overpaid middle management who are clueless and shouldn’t be in the jobs that they are.
