None. Its evident that the board at O2 are self-serving, arrogant and only care about lining their own pockets at the expense of fair compensation for staff, with misleading contracts that do no tie you to a specific role.

Cons

- The sociopathic employees are allowed to maintain their position - People commonly go off sick - The agents are managing the managers
