Owners were awesome, fun events

Favoritism amongst employees, didn’t agree with all the founders beliefs

- Nice, vibrant office - Young startup culture - Healthy snacks and coffee provided by management. - Founders were former interior designers, so the office is comfortable and inviting.

- Huge title inflation. They hand out the "manager" and "senior" titles like candies. Expect this title to not last if one moves on to the next job. - Predatory marketing tactics, with clickbait advertisements to encourage users to sign up for subscriptions - No scientifically proven "supplements" Leadership actively avoids products that requires FDA approval. - Office staffs are basically used as testing targets. Informally of course. - 0 mention of "women's health" as a mission once you are in the company. The 90% male leadership only cared about making money off women's insecurities. - The 10% of the woman in the leadership team, is basically the founder's sister. Who never comes into the office, and only used for diversity when they advertise this company as a Women's Health company. - Oh and so, so much nepotism. Manager-subordinate relationship etc..
