      Pros

      benefits are wonderful! 16 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave, daycare reimberment, tuition reimberment, health benefits 401k and vacation from day 1. Lots of opportunity for advancement within financial center.

      Cons

      Retail Banking associates work extremely hard! Teller staff gets reduces to nothing! Managers work extremely hard with difficult expectations for success in all areas. VERY MUCH a sales atmosphere.
