Workers on the ground enjoy less privileges , poor training (apart from compliance related training) less advantages such as leasing of vehicles and other perks, poor career path and advancement prospects and are now paying for past poor (criminal even? )decisions made by European upper management in the past who have ruined what was a good company with great prospects.
