Pros
Some colleagues at the individual contributor level are hardworking and supportive of each other.
Cons
The overall work environment is very unhealthy. There is a lack of respect for employees. The culture built is endorsing micromanagement and control rather than trust. Employees are expected to follow instructions without question, even when processes are inefficient or problematic. Leadership competence is a major concern. Decisions are frequently inconsistent, poorly communicated, and totally far from the reality. There also appears to be a concerning pattern in hiring and people management. Many employees have observed that leadership seems to favor candidates who are perceived as less likely to challenge decisions or speak up. This has created an environment where psychological safety is very low, and people are hesitant to express opinions or raise concerns out of fear of retaliation or being labeled as “difficult.” As a result, there is a widespread feeling among employees of being undervalued, overcontrolled, and easily replaceable. Some colleagues openly describe feeling exploited rather than supported, which clearly shows the culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values respect, autonomy, and ethical leadership.
