Pros
Bonus structure and clothing allowance are good and better than most. Travis is a good guy and has a heart.
Cons
I’ve been under 2 regionals and my current regional manager isn’t kind. Each had a completely different vision of what Nxt expects from you. Be prepared to receive hundreds of emails a day belittling you. You’re on your own to figure it all out. Better not screw up or you’ll get aggressive emails making you feel like a failure rather than teaching you.
