There weren't too many cons I'd say, just like any other growing business there are growing pains.

It's common for your role to change almost every month but when you ask if your job title has changed the CEO will insist that nothing has changed in your role. The social media team has it the worst. No idea will be good enough unless it is hers. Be prepared to be paid late due to payroll constantly not being submitted on time. Also you are expected to work most holidays. If you are good at your job you will never know because complements are rarely given, only complaints. Company claims to be ethical but unethical practices occur on the daily.
