      Great organization with stability. Excellent performance during pandemic as none of the employees were laid off. Pay and Benefits are very competitive, great flexibility, you get an opportunity to work with some talented and passionate individuals

      Sometimes there can be an abundance of projects with limited resources

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
