Incredibly unorganized and no proper training. People that had no background in nutritional science, chemistry, food production, etc where in charge of producing hundreds of different products that people were meant to ingest. After being hired, I soon learned that I was to google information about vitamins and ingredients that could be deadly in even the smallest of amounts per serving. Sales reps and corporate management were unprofessional, racist, sexist, homophobic, you name it. Just google them. The second link is FDA violations.
