-Team mates are supportive until team leader. -Has an annual travel allowance. -Good training ground for new engineers, a lot of struggles in terms of meeting project schedule, which will make your next company looks slacking.
Cons
-100% work, 0% life in this company. -Each engineer need to have a fix overtime, regardless if have cap for paid OT. (paid OT until X hours, depending on the salary, higher salary means less paid OT. but expected to OT more than lower salaried employees). -A very "micro-management style" of handling employees, passed down from higher management.
