      I did my placement year at Nutanix and gained a lot of value experience that has carried me through my career. The company has exceptional benefits, friendly staff, and core values.

      Pros

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
